Born in 1828 in Nantes, with the nearby Atlantic Ocean a constant presence in his young life, this was a man dedicated to the outdoors, nature, and the fresh thrill of discovery. Accordingly, 1828 is a fresh, aromatic spicy fragrance for men who dare. There is a wonderful contrast between the bright citrus and eucalyptus notes in the opening, and the dark woods, vetiver, and incense in the base.
